The cost of renting some apartments in these residential complexes starts from 50,000 rubles per month, said the president of the Real Estate Guild of the Southern Urals Natalia Shatrukova.
"Currently, the most expensive apartments for rent in Chelyabinsk are in the residential complexes "Lesoparkovy", "Evo Park" and "Manhattan". The cost of renting some apartments in these residential complexes starts from 50 thousand rubles per month," Shatrukova said.
In the residential complex "Lesoparkovy" in the central district, you can rent a two-room apartment for an average of 78,000 rubles per month. In the modern residential complex "Alt", located in the Sovetsky district of Chelyabinsk, apartments are now only available for sale or daily rent. You can buy a two-room apartment for 14 million rubles and, if possible, an apartment for long-term rent for an average of 50 thousand rubles per month. In the residential complexes of Manhattan, which are also located in the central district, a one-room house of 45 square meters can be rented for a long term for 50-60 thousand rubles per month.
