Ten-year-old girl fell through the ice in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Video
On October 16, a 10-year-old girl fell through the ice on Lake Yantarnoye in Nadym (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug). Private security company warrant officers Kirill Solomatin and Fanil Khafizov came to her aid, the press service of the Russian National Guard told URA.RU.
"In the area of Orudzheva Street, law enforcement officers noticed two minors - a boy and a girl - on the ice of Yantarnoye Lake. The men were about 15 meters from the shore. "The girl fell through the fragile ice, and the boy tried to help her get out of the hole that had formed," the agency's correspondent said.
The warrant officers crawled up to the drowning girl and pulled her out of the water. At the same time, they talked to the boy and advised him not to fall into the water either. The rescued men and children crawled out onto the ice of the lake.
After the rescue, it turned out that ten-year-old children living in a house near the lake had gone out to play on the ice. The lake seemed frozen, but the ice was not at all strong.
