The Federal Tax Service announced record amounts of property taxes for residents of the Novosibirsk Region
In 2024, some Novosibirsk residents will have to pay millions of rubles in taxes.
The Federal Tax Service for Novosibirsk Oblast has determined the maximum amount of property tax that individuals must pay this year. This is reported by BFM-Novosibirsk.
The largest tax on residential property in the region was 114,977 rubles. At the same time, the maximum tax on non-residential property levied on one citizen was 5,033,659 rubles.
In total, residents of the Novosibirsk region will have to pay taxes on real estate worth more than 1.66 billion rubles in 2024.
