North Korea updates constitution to designate South Korea as enemy
North Korean authorities have revised their constitution to designate South Korea as an enemy, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
"This is an inevitable and legitimate measure taken in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic, which clearly defines the Republic of Korea as an enemy country," the statement said.
It was previously reported that on October 15, the railway and road connecting the two countries were blown up.
As a result, 60 meters of road in the villages of Gamho and Tongne were damaged.
