Britain Assesses West's Reaction to Zelensky's 'Victory Plan'

Western countries reacted coolly, saying they were not very impressed with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's "victory plan," the British newspaper The Times reported.

Many Western officials seem to have perceived Zelensky's plan as a "reworking" of his demands to lift restrictions on Western missile strikes deep into Russia and provide additional support to Kiev. The publication emphasizes that the Ukrainian president's speech in the Verkhovna Rada is unlikely to change the West's attitude toward Ukraine. Because Kyiv's victory in the conflict is becoming increasingly difficult.

Earlier, retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis read Zelensky's "Victory Plan" and drew attention to the strange behavior of the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, Alexander Sirsky.
