In St. Petersburg they decided to keep bus route #21 despite the opening of Chernyshevskaya
The current bus route No. 21 will remain in Saint Petersburg, the press service of the Transport Committee reported.
Previously, bus route No. 21 ran from the Ladozhskaya metro station to Chernyshevskaya. The route was extended to the Ploshchad Lenina metro station, which was closed for reconstruction in the fall of 2022.
In July, after reconstruction, Chernyshevskaya was opened to passengers, but the route was retained and its popularity among passengers is constantly monitored.
This route turned out to be popular among the village residents, so it was decided to preserve it. It will continue to serve passengers on the section from the Ladozhskaya metro station to Lenin Square.
