Under a government order, a Moscow engineering company is carrying out major repairs at one of the largest energy enterprises in Donbass. This fact is reported on the portal of the mayor and government of Moscow.

The capital's guarantee fund provided a guarantee of 52.5 million rubles (70% of the bank guarantee amount) for the return of advance payments under a state contract for the major repairs of important energy facilities in Donbass. The fund provides guarantees for loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit and leasing and takes into account up to 70% of the transaction amount, helping enterprises to secure financing and solve the problem of a lack of collateral.
At the end of September, the capital's road workers repaired two main highways in Lugansk and Donetsk. Specialists renewed the asphalt concrete road surface on one of the busiest highways in Lugansk, the length of which is 8 km.
In Donetsk, in 2024, work was also carried out on one of the central and longest streets, passing through two districts. The last improvement was 15 years ago. The work was carried out on the entire street, about 6 km long, and on a boulevard section more than 1.5 km long.
