Father of disabled child demolishes only house and can't get money for new one

The father of a disabled child in the Lipetsk region was unable to receive a subsidy for new housing.

In the village of Yusovo in the Lipetsk region, the father of a disabled child lost his only home and was unable to build a new one because he was unable to receive subsidies for construction. This became known to the publication "Vzlet".

The Russians participated in local housing construction programs. He demolished the old house and began building a new one, investing maternity capital in building a wall and submitting documents for a grant. However, the family did not receive any money. The process lasted 10 years. Now the man is forced to rent an apartment with his wife and son.

The head of the family is worried that his children will become homeless. According to him, his wife has been forced to stay at home and take care of their disabled son. "Do I have to wait in line until I retire? I will not live to see my pension. God forbid anything happens to me. "My wife can't do anything herself, so should she trust the children to the state?" he said.

The village administration told journalists that the program is local and is not under its jurisdiction. Accordingly, the authorities of the Chaplyginsky district were also unable to explain the situation.

Previously, disabled residents of Yaroslavl received loans at a rate of 72% per annum, leaving them practically without housing.
