Social Fund experts explained whether it is possible to provide maternity capital for a third child. As the experts explain, there is no separate capital payment for a third child, but there are situations when the payment is made precisely when a third child appears in the family.
Consequently, payments can be received if the right to maternity capital has not previously arisen in connection with the birth or adoption of the first and second children.
For example, in 2024 it will be 833,024 rubles. From January 1, 2020, it can be received if a third child is born in the family, and the first and second children were born before 2007. Or if triplets were born on January 1, 2020.
Starting from the new year, prices for vodka, brandy and cognac will rise in Russia. The Ministry of Finance has prepared a draft order to increase the minimum retail price (MRP) for strong alcoholic beverages.
It is expected that from January 1, 2025, the price of 0.5 liters of vodka will increase from 299 rubles to 349 rubles, the price of cognac - from 556 rubles to 651 rubles, the price of brandy - from 403 rubles to 472 rubles.
Minimum prices for strong alcohol have been set since 2009 to prevent shadow alcohol production. The last time it was raised was on July 1, 2024. The new price increase was explained by the level of inflation, increased production costs, logistics and excise taxes.
In the Samara Region, payments to those who signed a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry to perform tasks in the Northern Military District have been increased since October 16. Now it is 2 million rubles.
In just the first year of service, a contract soldier can earn 4.5 million rubles. The decision to increase the amount of payments was made by the Governor of the Samara Region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.
