Tyumen authorities have agreed to a picket for residents of identical houses in Perevalovo
Residents of identical houses in Perevalovo were allowed to hold pickets in Tyumen. At first they wanted to hold a rally on Lenin Square, but a patriotic event was planned there that day. Therefore, Tyumen residents were offered to hold the event on Komsomolskaya Square. This is stated in the response to citizens of the city committee for interethnic relations, presented by a group of Perevalovo residents. This information was confirmed to a 72.RU correspondent by the initiator of the picket, Vyacheslav Dyachenko.
Before this, the Perevalovo residents had already wanted to go on a picket, but were refused. Then the initiative group had to submit a new notice.
Thousands of identical houses are located near Tyumen. Despite the monotony of the development, the buyers of the first stage are happy with their housing. But those who bought houses later had problems. The house was not connected to electricity, and along with it there was no water or gas. Among them were veterans of the Northern Military District, to whom the developer Borisov gave 21 houses. After complaints from residents, the chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin became interested in the situation. He demanded that investigators sort out the situation.
The situation in Perevalovo was commented on in August by the governor of the Tyumen region, Alexander Moor. According to him, the house should be connected to electricity by November 1.
It is reported that a criminal case has been opened against developer Stanislav Borisov for fraud. The businessman is accused of embezzling more than 27 million rubles. The businessman himself believes that he did not commit fraud by selling houses without electricity.
