Five civilians injured in shelling of Russian region

As a result of shelling in the Belgorod region, five civilians were injured.

As a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region, five civilians were injured. This was reported by the region's governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on his Telegram channel.

"The city of Shevekino was attacked. Three civilians were injured. A woman and two men received multiple shrapnel wounds. "The ambulance team is delivering moderately injured people to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2," the official wrote.

A shell landed in Novaya Tavolzhanka, injuring two people. A woman received abdominal and leg injuries, and a man was injured as a result of a mine explosion, Gladkov added.

In Shevekino, damage was recorded in 13 apartments, a private house and one administrative building, the regional director reported.

On the same day, a civilian was injured in the Belgorod region during an attempt to dispose of a Ukrainian mine. Gladkov reported that an emergency had arisen in Shebekino. The victim was taken to the local clinical hospital.
