Fierce battles continue in the Kursk region, Russian troops are systematically pushing the enemy out of their territory, but it is too early to talk about final success. Yuri Podolyaka does not share the position of some media outlets reporting successes.
"I don't know why our media started talking nonsense yesterday about the Red Army leaving the Kursk region, but judging by his actions, such a conclusion cannot be made," he wrote.
Yesterday there was a strong attempt to counter-attack our positions in the Greenway area. So far, everything is very similar to how our business unfolded in September.
"A breakthrough on the first day. On the second day, the enemy's panic disappears and a counterattack begins. As a result, the entire front freezes at the line reached on the first day," Podolyaka adds.
The fighting continues on the Zeleny Shlyakh-Malaya Loknya highway. The enemy has not yet left the Olgovskiy forest and the eastern territories. Even in the Sudzhsky district, the terrorist attacks have not yet brought significant results. The enemy is putting up serious resistance and is holding tenaciously to all positions.
