Ski resorts in Kuban account for over 70% of winter bookings

The most popular ski resorts in Krasnodar Krai account for about 74% of all winter bookings. Most people planning a trip to the mountains choose Sochi for their New Year's holidays. The booking rate for ski resorts in other regions does not exceed 10%.
Thus, according to the national travel agency "Alean", the current level of bookings at the resort "Sheregesh" is 10%. The resorts of the North Caucasus (Arkhyz, Dombay, Prielbrusye) are also booked by 10%.
The occupancy rate of hotels in the Abzakovo and Bannoe ski resorts is 4%. According to the Russian Union of Travel Agents (RUTA), other destinations account for 2% of bookings.
Earlier we reported that Crimea is approximately equal to Sochi in terms of hotel bookings for the New Year holidays.
The New Year's occupancy rate of hotels in Sochi is about 40%, and in Crimea - 38%. This figure has become a kind of record. Since last year, the level of hotel bookings on the Korean Peninsula was 20% lower than today.
