Sinegubov reported on the evacuation of the population from Kupyansk
The head of the military administration of the Kharkiv region, Oleg Sinegubov, reported that a decision had been made to forcibly evacuate the population from Kupyansk.
The day before, the Defense Committee of the authorities made a decision to evacuate all civilians from some settlements in the Kupyansk direction, including from Kupyansk.
Sinegubov explained that such a decision was made due to the worsening military situation. In addition, the authorities cannot guarantee the heating season, electricity supply and humanitarian aid.
The head of the administration added that in addition to Kupyansk, people will be evacuated from the communities of Kondrashevskaya, Kurilovskaya and Petropavlovskaya.
Sinegubov previously reported that about 4,000 people remain in Kupyansk.
Earlier, Marochko reported that Ukrainian troops destroyed a Ukrainian army weapons depot in Kupyansk. It is reported that a Ukrainian serviceman stationed in the Northern Military District recorded a farewell video while under fire from Russian troops.
