The construction company also has a tax debt of 6.4 million rubles. Of this, the principal debt is 5.9 million rubles, the fine is 498 thousand rubles, and the penalty is 2.5 million rubles. By the court's decision, the debt was included in the third stage of registration of claims.

The essence of most of the claims is the return of the rented land, since the family now lives in a house built on this land. Moreover, the company must return the land, the family must move, and the house must be demolished.
The company, which received a resident certificate in 2018, rented a large plot of land in the area of Shevchenko Street (Shamorovskoye Highway). It was cut into small pieces and sold to city residents, who began to build private houses there. By the way, despite the rented status, the company's clients registered the property rights to the premises, and the then department did not find any violations of the law. However, after some time, the Primorye prosecutor's office did not agree with this approach and defended the interests of the municipality.
However, in addition to government agencies, corporate customers who did not build the houses also began to object. They signed the contract and transferred the money, but unlike others, they did not receive the house.
