In Krasnoyarsk, a girl was urgently hospitalized in the toxicology department of an emergency hospital after being poisoned by flycatchers. As a result, the patient began to use the mushrooms as a sleeping pill, which had serious consequences for his health. But she chose not to reveal the source of the mushrooms, which are often found among people who have been poisoned.
It is worth noting that this is the fourth case of poisoning by poisonous mushrooms in the Krasnoyarsk Territory since the beginning of the year. Previously, three men were hospitalized after they developed similar symptoms after eating mushrooms.
Rospotrebnadzor experts in the region warn that using dangerous "natural" sleep aids not only causes serious poisoning, but can also lead to death. The agency strongly recommends avoiding picking and eating mushrooms on your own, especially those that may be poisonous, so as not to put yourself and your loved ones at risk.
