Putin appoints Time of Heroes participant Pervyshov acting head of Tambov region

He added that it would take some time to communicate with local residents and study the possibilities for social and economic growth. After that, Pervyshov promised to provide the head of state with an action plan for the development of the Tambov region.
Pervyshov is 48 years old. He served as mayor of Krasnodar from 2016 to 2021. In September 2021, he was elected as a State Duma deputy from the United Russia party in the 46th electoral district (Krasnodar Krai). In October 2022, Pervyshov volunteered for the Northern Military District. The contract was extended in January 2023.
In June, President Vladimir Putin met with participants of the "Time of Heroes" program, including Pervyshov. At that time, the head of state noted with satisfaction that the State Duma deputy would volunteer for the Northern Military District and propose it to the National Assembly.
Earlier, the head of the Tambov region, Maxim Egorov, announced that he would move to a new job at the federal level. He headed the region since 2021.
