The main problem for buyers is counterfeit products and failure to comply with expiration dates. Manufacturers unfairly replace natural cream with vegetable or beef fat, which significantly reduces the quality and nutritional value of butter. In addition, there is a risk of the presence of harmful microorganisms in the product.
The study examined various brands of butter with a fat content of 72.5% to 82.5%. Roskontrol experts assessed the composition of the products, their organoleptic properties (taste) and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards. The results of our study allowed us to identify manufacturers whose products meet high quality and safety standards.
Research has shown that these brands use only natural creams in their production without any additional additives.
