Rostec Shows Gyro-Stabilized Binoculars at ORELEXPO
The Shvabe holding of the Rostec state enterprise presented more than 20 exhibits at the ORELEXPO exhibition in Moscow, including the BSV 16x40 binoculars with gyroscopic stabilization. This was reported by the state enterprise.
“This function effectively compensates for vibrations of the binocular body and ensures a stable position of the image in space,” the report says.
The exhibition also featured the first laser training device for sport shooting in Russia and the P1x20 Avis-K collimator sight, capable of operating for 10,000 hours on a single battery. Additionally, visitors were shown the compact P1x14L Brevis sight and the PO104 and PO156 variable magnification sights.
In September it became known that the release of the Kalashnikov would lead to a multiple increase in the production of the Dragunov sniper rifle (SVD).
In February, Kalashnikov reported that the Chukavin sniper rifle (SVF) received a new medium-magnification optical sight 1P97. This product differs from the previous generation in its improved ergonomics, increased magnification and lower weight.
