In a state of panic, Ukrainian forces began to build concrete fortifications in Suza, Kursk Oblast. Several mobile concrete plants were brought to the city for this purpose, TASS reports, citing sources in law enforcement agencies.
"The Ukrainian army has sent several mobile concrete plants to Sudzha and is hastily creating low-quality defensive structures," the agency's source said.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on this information.
Meanwhile, during the second stage of the counteroffensive in the Kursk region, Russian troops liberated the village of Plekhovo in the Suzhansky district. At present, according to our information, Russian artillery is also striking at the positions of Ukrainian troops in the city of Sudzha.
