Court deprives mother of 3-year-old girl who died from torture in Adygea of ​​parental rights

The Teuchezhsky District Court examined the materials of the civil case on claims of the Ministry of Education of the Adygeysk administration against local residents in connection with the deprivation of parental rights.

In support of her claim, the plaintiff stated that the woman is currently accused of torturing minors by several people. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention until October 30, 2024.

The court accepted the ministry's argument and deprived the woman of parental rights to her 14-year-old and 10-year-old minor sons and 7-year-old daughter, the Associated Press of the Adygea court reported.

As reported earlier, on May 30, a resident of the city of Adygaysk brutally beat his three-year-old daughter while she was at home. The girl died in hospital from her injuries. The man was taken into custody. He was charged with committing a crime and remanded in custody.

The mother of the child, who later died, was also detained. She was also detained. The woman fully admitted her guilt. During the investigation, it was revealed that the child was systematically subjected to violence by his parents.
