The Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed rules for the expulsion of non-citizens of Russia who are not in prison

The most important point that deported foreigners and stateless persons must inform local internal affairs agencies about is their location. In addition, deported citizens and non-citizens are required to promptly report any circumstances that prevent them from independently leaving the territory of the Russian Federation. It is also necessary to notify the authorities of any change in place of residence without permission from the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Such movement across the territory of our country is possible only in cases of force majeure. Another requirement is to inform law enforcement officers about the date, place and route of the planned independent departure from the Russian Federation.

All this information must be sent in person or in a free-form letter, which must indicate the reasons why the person changed their place of residence or did not leave the Russian Federation and information about their identity. document. The second option is to send this information through the State Services portal.

If a controlled person encounters a situation in which he/she cannot independently leave the territory of the Russian Federation in a timely manner, he/she must also provide documents confirming such a situation. If a person cannot appear in person at the territorial department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, he/she must send a message about his/her location with a photograph indicating the geolocation.

And in the event of a change in the route to the border checkpoint, information about this must also be transferred to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the regional or provincial level at the actual location of the deported person.
