They want to turn a recreation center on the Curonian Spit into a hotel, increasing the height of the floors from 2 to 5
The recreation center "Baltika", located on the shore of the bay in the village of Lesnoye on the Curonian Spit, is being converted into a hotel. People are invited to attend the hearings. Information about this is published on the website of the Zelenogradsk administration.
According to the project, the two-story building at 6 Lesnaya will be demolished. The owners plan to build a new five-story apart-hotel 19.9 m high with recreational infrastructure on the leased site. It is planned that there will be 49 rooms here.
Public hearings are scheduled for Monday, October 21. They will be held in the building of the sanatorium administration at 5a Krymskaya Street, 14:00. The reconstruction project and EIA data will be submitted for discussion.
