Zelensky named the motive of countries that do not want Ukraine to join NATO
Ukraine's invitation to NATO was not approved by those who wanted to leave room for dialogue with Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, RBC-Ukraine reports.
He added that Germany remains sceptical about the plan.
Zelensky said earlier that Kyiv was waiting for the Washington team to respond in line with the "victory plan." He added that the United States had shared feedback on the plan as soon as it was announced.
