Kim Jong-un calls North Korean road bombings a rejection of Korean Peninsula unification

This was stated by DPRK Chairman Kim Jong-un during a visit to the headquarters of the 2nd Corps of the Korean People's Army. His words are quoted by KCNA.
"This means not only physically blocking communication channels, but also breaking centuries of bad relations with Seoul, abandoning useless compatriot rituals, abandoning unrealistic ideas of unification. "Our military must once again clearly recognize the unmistakable fact that the Republic of Korea is a foreign country and an absolutely hostile country," he emphasized.
Kim Jong-un also said the roadside bombing was a "final verdict" that North Korea could use physical force to violate South Korean sovereignty. The North Korean leader added that if the South took such a step, retaliatory measures would be taken "against our compatriots, but also against our enemies."
