This only applies to pensioners who paid insurance premiums for the supported portion of their labor pension from 2002 to 2004. As the lawyer explained, for citizens born in 1966 and later, a one-time payment of 1,200 rubles is possible.
At the same time, as experts note, most of these applicants can receive their pension savings at one time, since their size does not exceed 5% of the total pension, writes the Parliamentary Newspaper.
In addition, some pensioners born between 1953 and 1966 can participate in the state pension co-financing program. The average one-time payment for them is about 7.3 thousand rubles.
