Ivan Urgant earned 3.5 million rubles selling books with blank pages
Comedian Ivan Urgant sold all copies of his book "Swollen Glands of Life". The cover depicts only a sphinx with the face of the TV presenter, the title and the table of contents. The other pages are empty. Despite this, 50,000 copies were sold. The comedian received 3.5 million rubles for them. Ivan Urgant wrote about this on his page in social networks.
- Thank you for such love for the printed word, or rather, for the half-word. "It is entirely thanks to you that the entire profit of 3.5 million rubles was transferred to the children's hospice "House with Mayakom", - said the TV presenter.
It is important to note that this foundation helps seriously ill children and adults under 30. Every year they support more than a thousand families. This is not the first time the TV presenter has participated in the foundation's activities.

As for the book, the comedian had previously made no secret of the fact that the proceeds from its sales go to charity. And about the work, he said: "Read and remember to your heart's content. If something is missing, you can always make up for it yourself."
