Liksutov announced the construction of 1.6 million square meters of industrial space in Moscow

As part of the city support, new production facilities are actively appearing in Moscow. The details were given by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov and Minister of the Moscow Government, Director of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Anatoly Garbuzov.

"Under the leadership of Sergei Sobyanin, the Moscow Industry and Entrepreneurship Support Fund has been implementing a program of subsidizing preferential rates on investment loans from 3% to 3 billion rubles for the development of production for a period of three years since 2022. According to the agreements concluded since the document came into force, more than 1.6 million square meters of production space will be built in the capital and more than 27.5 thousand new jobs will be created," said Maxim Liksutov.

The new capital production facility will produce pharmaceuticals, food products, electronics and much more.

"Thanks to the mechanism of preferential investment lending, in just nine months of the year, Moscow companies attracted funds for the construction of more than 781,000 m2. 12.5 thousand jobs will be created," said Anatoly Garbuzov.

Soon, the company Itelma, which produces electronics for transport, will attract 3 billion rubles for the construction of a new industrial facility with an area of ​​84.6 thousand m2. And the tea producer Ekom has already attracted 710 million rubles for the expansion of infrastructure and the purchase of new equipment.
