In Syzran, they have decided on the repair deadlines for the most problematic school where the educational process was disrupted
Deputies of the Samara Regional Duma got acquainted with the progress of repair work in Syzran school No. 12, located at 436 Dekabristov Street. The visit to the Guvduma Pedagogical and Scientific Committee took place in Syzran on Wednesday, October 16.
Legislators confirmed the progress of the state program "Construction, reconstruction and major repairs of educational institutions and infrastructure facilities of the Samara region" in the territory of the Samara region until 2026.
To date, School No. 12 has undergone a comprehensive renovation, including replacement of water, sewer and electrical networks.

Meanwhile, all repair work in School No. 12 remains certified.
The Tolyatti company Altstroy has been carrying out major repairs there since April; initially, according to the contract, the work was planned to be completed in August.
- Of course, there are many disadvantages now. We asked our contractor to fix this. The partitions have not yet been installed and the roof repair work is not finished, but we were assured that everything will be finished by mid-November. I would also like to see landscaped areas. Unfortunately, I am not happy that all the repair work has been completed at the moment. But in general, the school director wants to record all the existing complaints so that they can be transferred to the contractor later," Svetlana Ilyina emphasized.
As Vladislav Tokarev, Deputy Director of Syzran and Chairman of the City Administrative Committee for Construction and Building, noted at the meeting, the warranty obligation is valid for five years, according to which the contractor must eliminate all of its shortcomings. Own expenses.
Due to the violation of repair deadlines in this educational institution and the actual interruption of the educational process, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit against the Togliatti company "Altstroy" for administrative violations under Part 7 of Article 7.32 Violation of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The most problematic issue in the city this year is the situation with the reorganization of school No. 12.
