STONE has started construction of the STONE Khodynka 1 office block
Developer STONE has begun construction of the premium office block STONE Khodynka 1 with a total area of over 111,000 sq. m. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Authority Anton Slobodchikov. The work is being carried out in the Khoroshevsky District at the address: Khodynsky Boulevard, vl. 6/2.
"The committee received notification from the developer about the start of construction and installation works. The teams at the site have already started installing sheet pile structures, and the work on digging the walls into the ground is expected to begin before the end of the year. The business complex will include three buildings of different heights and will be connected by an underground parking lot," said Anton Slobodchikov.
According to the Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Authority, given the location of the construction site near the CSKA station of the Big Circle Line of the metro, the developer erected a temporary covered pedestrian gallery for the duration of the work.
The floors of the three office towers will be finished with natural stone. Each room has a lobby with a reception desk, a waiting area and a recreation area. The first floor will be allocated for infrastructure. There will be cafes and restaurants, shops, snack bars, business lounges and fitness studios with access to the park.
"When designing this space, the architects were inspired by the oriental style, minimalism and focused on a laconic design using modern materials for finishing the facade. The central part of each tower will be a designer lobby of double height, the space of which will be visually expanded due to open glass and high ceilings. This lobby will connect the office area with the Khodynka Field landscape park," said Sergei Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow.
The office block "KAMEN na Khodynka 1" will be able to accommodate about 85,000 people. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
The adjacent areas of the block with a total area of 1.4 hectares are landscaped. The attention of the villagers will be attracted by the works of art that will be installed near the building. Benches, flower beds and green islands are placed nearby.
