New Acting Military Commissar Appointed in Kaliningrad
A new acting military commissar has been appointed in Kaliningrad. The committee is headed by Aleksandr Shibkov, the city administration told Klops.
Lieutenant Colonel Shibkov told a Klops correspondent that he has served in the military registration and enlistment office system since 1994 (with a break for studying at the Frunze Military Academy). He worked at the institution on Sovetsky Prospekt for 11 years. Previously, he was the head of the mobilization department.
