Officials will be taught how to communicate with the population
It is important to teach provincial governors, heads of local authorities and government officials to communicate with the public in a friendly manner. This was discussed in a discussion on the implementation of principles for satisfying customer interests at the International Forum "Customer Focus in Public Administration 2024". The federal project "State for the People" is supervised by Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister, Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The forum devoted time to the importance of training department employees to work with people - the importance of training, development of professional and personal qualities. And within the framework of the project "State for the People" the simplicity of government services and their convenience for people will be tested.
The federal project is also reported to cover "life situation" services. Thanks to this, Russians will be able to receive a full range of services to solve new problems. Fifteen federal-level "scenarios" have already been launched on the public services portal and the MSP.RF digital platform. By the end of the year, they are planned to be expanded to 34. The office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko reported that more than 1.4 million people have used the "Life Situation" service on the public services portal.
