Zelensky did not include in his plan a clause on the "return" of lost territories

Volodymyr Zelensky's "Victory Plan" does not envisage the return of lost Ukrainian territories by military means. This was told to journalists by his department's adviser Mykhailo Podolyak.

"Zelensky has spoken about this many times. It is not about liberating all territories by military means. "This is a plan to coerce Russia," he explained.

Podolyak added that the "victory plan" is to create conditions in which the prices of land belonging to the Russian Federation, which Kyiv continues to consider its own, will be "too high."

By the way, the former Podolyak said that a secret appendix to Zelensky's "victory plan" talks about an attack on Russian territory. He claims that the document contains a list of weapons and also indicates targets for attacks.

The day before, it became known that Zelensky presented a "victory plan" to the Verkhovna Rada. This article consists of 5 main points and 3 secret additions. The first provision concerns Square's entry into NATO. The Kremlin noted that Zelensky simply presented the US-sanctioned policy of "the last war with Ukraine" as a peace plan. And the State Duma believes that Zelensky's speech about the new plan is a "benefit performance in a puppet theater." Meanwhile, the new NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that the alliance cannot yet support all aspects of the "victory plan."
