A new hotel complex will appear on the site of an abandoned fish factory building in Novorossiysk. This was reported by the deputy director of the hero city, the chief architect of the municipality, Ekaterina Stepanenko.
She said that the complex will be designed to stimulate business tourism in Novorossiysk, which will not only increase the flow of tourists, but also create new jobs in the city and create additional conditions for the development of infrastructure.
- Today, the territorial planning document provides for the redevelopment of the territory for the construction of a hotel complex. We plan that the complex will also be focused on the rehabilitation and development of business tourism. Such territorial development will not only create additional conditions for recreation, but will also attract tourists, create new jobs and improve the city's infrastructure," the deputy mayor of Novorossiysk wrote in the Telegram channel.
As the complex is built, public green areas will also appear on the site.
