Former Director of Food Factory in Nizhnevartovsk Accused of Embezzlement of 200 Million: Scheme

According to the investigation, over the past four years, Vladimir Valetov, together with five affiliated persons, carried out unprofitable financial transactions at the plant. The companies were understated in their expenses for renting buildings and warehouses, and the expenses related to preparing meals for children in Nizhnevartovsk schools were reduced to a minimum. According to the investigation, the plant's unfair expenses for the activities of the controlling company amounted to 190 million rubles.
The investigation also accused Vladimir Valetov of paying utility bills for one of the companies under his control at the expense of the plant. The damage amounted to more than 20 million rubles.
