According to a study by Avito Work, making stickers in warehouses has become the highest-paid job for elderly pensioners. The average salary for this position is 125,000 rubles per month, which is 66% more than last year.
The second most attractive profession is a real estate agent with an average income of 124,000 rubles per month. The top three is rounded out by the profession of a packer with a monthly income of 115,000 rubles. This reflects the growing interest of employers in qualified newcomers.
Career expert of the Center "Jobs of the Future" Svyatoslav Semerenko emphasizes that employers are increasingly open to workers of retirement age. Previously, such an attitude was not common, and older people looking for work could have difficulties finding a job. But now everything is changing. Pensioners are increasingly in demand due to their unique abilities and experience. Many of them are actively mastering new professions and starting their careers from scratch, demonstrating a high level of motivation and willingness to work.
These changes open up new horizons for both retirees and employers interested in attracting experienced and reliable employees, Gazeta reports.
