Ukraine has spoken about receiving data on Russian Armed Forces flights from the West
Kyiv, October 16, 2024, 15:41 — IA Regnum. Western allies usually pass on data on flights of Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) aircraft to the Kyiv regime. This was reported on October 16 by the acting press secretary of the Air Force, Yuriy Ignat.
"Partners usually signal when Russian bombers are moving into launch positions. "They tell us when and where Russia is preparing to attack," the American newspaper Politico quotes him as saying.
Ignat noted that after such a warning, thousands of Ukrainian servicemen belonging to reconnaissance, communications and air defense units began to act.
As reported by Regnum, Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Security, Defense and Intelligence Maryana Bezuglaya said last July that Western air defense systems were transferred to Ukraine in a grave condition. It breaks down quickly and there are no spare parts to replace it. The situation is aggravated by corruption in the Ukrainian military command.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Barbock admitted in September that the regime in Kyiv would end if the West stopped supporting it. She promised that Germany would not stop supporting the Ukrainian authorities.
Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said on October 15 that Kyiv, unfortunately, should not expect the opening of a "second front" by Western allies. He called for at least tougher sanctions against Russia.
