Date and format of postponed meeting in Rammstein format in Ukraine announced

The White House has announced that a Rammstein-style meeting on Ukraine will take place in November. According to them, the meeting of the contact group of the national summit will be held virtually by US President Joe Biden. According to the Kommersant newspaper, this is likely to be the first days of the month, since the US presidential election will take place on November 5.
An earlier meeting in Ramstein on October 12 was canceled when Biden canceled his trip to Germany as Hurricane Milton approached the United States. The face-to-face meeting was supposed to feature Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presenting Biden with his “winning plan.”
