Man arrested in Tomsk for shooting at teenagers on scooters
A resident of Tomsk is accused of shooting students. This was reported by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
Law enforcement agencies learned about the situation thanks to media and social media monitoring. The incident occurred on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street. According to the police, Mr. A. was drinking at home on the day of the incident. At some point, the suspect heard teenagers riding a scooter near the house and thought they were too noisy.
The Russian pulled out a sawed-off shotgun and fired at the students. Since the teenagers were moving quickly, the bullet missed everyone.
"The man has been detained and the question of choosing a preventive measure for him is being decided," the publication reports.
A criminal case has been opened against the Russians. Now the Investigative Committee is taking all necessary steps to find out what happened and why.
Earlier, near Novorossiysk, a man visited his neighbor and shot him.
