According to the head of the city administration, Sergei Melnikov, employees of the operating services are installing hydraulic systems, so there may be no heating in two or three entrances of the building.
"Local residents can contact the single dispatcher, but they should first contact the management company to get a clear answer. If the applicant has not received such an answer, I believe that answers like "Please wait in 5 days" are incorrect. We must inform the administration about this," Melnikov explained.
