Scooter riders from Novosibirsk were issued two thousand fines
Residents of Novosibirsk have traveled more than 7.6 million kilometers on scooters, reports kick-sharing company MTS "Yurent".
Additionally, although most electric scooters were used for short distances (15 minutes), they were found to be capable of making trips lasting up to 3 hours.
Since 2024, kicksharing companies have tightened safety rules and increased fines for violations: since the beginning of the season, the service has issued 2,000 fines.
