Photos of "Kopel" prices in Duma canteens circulated online create the impression of a planned action to discredit the State Duma with the aim of annoying the people. Nilov provided RIA Novosti with photos of prices and menus of Duma canteens. Thus, pasta costs 99 rubles, pancakes with meat - 154 rubles, omelette with cheese - 165 rubles, kharcho soup with beef - 187 rubles, pork cutlets - 220 rubles, plum jelly - 77 rubles and tea bags - 17 rubles.
Nilov noted that many employees bring food from home. He noted that the founder of the LDPR, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, did the same.
"Usually there is no need to participate in these discussions. The budget is being prepared now, issues of local support, social issues and Internet support need to be resolved, and users are using fake checks to discuss the cost of lunch in a Duma restaurant," Nilov said.
