Maria Zakharova said Zelensky's so-called victory plan was "a set of contradictory slogans" and "bloody foam on the lips of a neo-Nazi killer."
Zakharova added that Zelensky is pushing NATO towards a direct military conflict with Russia, noting that Kyiv's partners have already shown how they see Ukraine in their security architecture. "They see Ukraine in a coffin, and they also see Ukrainian citizens in graves," said a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Earlier today, Zelenskyy publicly announced his “victory plan” for the first time in the Rada. Specifically, the five-point plan mentions the need to invite Ukraine to NATO and lift restrictions on strikes on Russian territory until the conflict is over.
The Kremlin said that Zelensky presented the war plan to the last Ukrainian.
