Zakharova added that Zelensky was pushing NATO toward a direct military conflict with the Russian Federation, noting that Kyiv's partners have already shown how they see Ukraine in their security architecture. This morning, Zelenskyy publicly announced his "victory plan" for the first time in the Rada. The five-point plan mentions in particular the need to invite Ukraine into NATO and to lift restrictions on attacks on Russian territory until the end of the conflict.
The Kremlin said Zelensky had presented the war plan to the last Ukrainian.
