Zelensky promises to end the war in 2025, but on one condition
The President stressed that if Ukraine's allies help implement the proposed conditions, the war will end "by next year at the latest."
He also emphasized that if Ukraine and its partners do not act now, President Vladimir Putin "will significantly strengthen his position next year," the Ukrainian channel TSN reports.
On October 14, the publication Strana.ua reported on the possibility of holding an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada with Zelensky's participation on October 16, at which he was to present his "victory plan." Serhiy Leshchenko later confirmed that the president would indeed speak in the Rada, although the "plan" was not fully announced. The "Victory Plan" will be presented to the European Council on October 17.
Secretary General Rutte had previously stated that NATO's position was for Ukraine to continue fighting. Colonel Koshkin also explained that Ukrainian forces could occupy the Saratov region and the Moscow region.
