Maxim Pukhov resigns as head of Polyarnye Zori
Maxim Pukhov has resigned from his post as head of the city of Polyarnye Zori. His resignation will be considered tomorrow at an extraordinary meeting of the local council of advisers.
Maxim Pukhov reported this on his Telegram channel.
Therefore, in his resignation statement he states that a decision has been made to leave the Murmansk region.
— The decision was thoughtful and balanced, since I moved to a new job to solve the most important state tasks in one of our new regions. We sincerely appreciate your support over the past 11 years. During this time, we have managed to firmly secure the position of Polyarnye Zori as the most comfortable city in the Murmansk region. (...) I am confident that Polyarnye Zori, one of the Arctic support cities, will continue to actively develop in the future. Dear colleagues, thank you," the head of the local administration wrote.
