In Ulan-Ude, a theater lover fell near a theater and won 500 thousand rubles
In Ulan-Ude, a local culture lover suffered serious injuries after falling near the local opera and ballet theater after a concert. The woman demanded compensation for moral damages through the court. This was reported by the press service of the city's Soviet District Court.
According to the case materials, in December 2023, the applicant tripped over a metal tile with a protruding bolt near the theater building. At the same time, as the woman emphasized, there were no warnings or restrictions. As a result of the fall, the concert goer received multiple injuries, including fractures of the elbow and humerus of the right arm. She required a complex operation using metal plates and screws.
The court found ABV Group LLC, which was installing a “tourist navigation device” near the theater building, guilty of causing the woman’s fall.
