The court sentenced the Italian to eight years and 10 months in a maximum security prison colony after a shootout on Lokhdelskaya Street in central Moscow in 2015. Like Russian crime boss Shakro, the Italian pleaded not guilty.

In October 2017, the Prosecutor General's Office recognized Zakariy Kalashov, known as Shakro Molodoy, as "the leader of a Russian criminal group." According to investigators, his right-hand man, an Italian, established connections with law enforcement agencies, provided Shakro with security, and used his money to purchase weapons, ammunition, cars, special equipment for wiretapping telephone conversations, etc. for the needs of the criminal group. Shakro and Italian pleaded guilty.

According to the indictment, the initiator of the robbery that led to the shootout on Rochdelskaya Street was Shakro Molodoy. In 2015, Kalashov showed interest in the Elements restaurant, which he knew was owned by Zhanna Kim, an acquaintance of his common-law wife Fatima Misikova. The latter believed that Mr. Kim had underpaid by 8 million rubles. Shakro decided to take advantage of the renovation.

First, the criminals blackmailed Kim to extort money, and then installed a surveillance system, after which the businessman himself decided to enlist his “authority support.”

On December 14, Kochuykov and his accomplices arrived at the restaurant with the intention of disrupting its operations and demanding money from Mr. Kim in an ultimatum. Restaurant owner Eduard Budantsev, a Soviet KGB veteran, and two of his assistants were at the scene of the conflict. The negotiations ended in a shootout, during which Budantsev shot and killed two of Kochuykov's accomplices with his award pistol.

Budantsev was initially charged with murder, but was later re-qualified for exceeding the limits of necessary self-defense. Kochuykov, his comrade, and Kalashov were sentenced to imprisonment for up to 9 years and 10 months.

Three years later, Shakro and his 13 accomplices were found guilty under two articles: extortion (Article 163 of the Criminal Code), as part of an organized group and, in particular, using force to seize property in a specific location. area. large size. In March of this year, the Russian crime boss was released.
