Director Chusova revealed the peculiarity of Muscovites

According to her, residents of the capital are less active than other Russians.

The famous theatre director Nina Chusova shared her observations about Muscovites and other city dwellers in an interview with the magazine Moskvich Mag. According to her, despite the fact that over time the differences between them have become less noticeable, local residents are still very active, especially in the professional environment.

Chusova noted that while in Moscow, she increasingly encounters the fact that Muscovites approach work processes with a certain calm. Locals, on the other hand, “work with their elbows and teeth,” which, in her opinion, greatly distinguishes their approach. “When we work on a joint project, we immediately know who is from Moscow and who is from another city. Muscovites are generally more reserved, while visitors behave energetically and persistently,” she emphasized.

The director described Moscow as a city full of energy and diversity. "It's a diverse city where everyone can find something interesting for themselves. It doesn't try to improve you, it is what it is, and whether you like it or not, it accepts it without unnecessary claims," Chusova concludes.

Nina Chusova's observations raise important questions about cultural identity and approaches to work in capitals and regions, and how the character of local residents can influence the dynamics of interaction in large cities.
