Additional lighting devices will appear on one of the most difficult sections of the Dzhubga-Sochi highway
New lighting fixtures are being installed on the federal highway Dzhubga-Sochi. The work is expected to be completed by the end of November, resulting in 134 new ramps along the road.
Road lighting devices appear on the section from Uch-Dere to Dagomys. One of the most difficult due to rather sharp turns, located in the area of the sanatorium "White Nights". This section of the road has been in need of lighting for a long time.
– Self-supporting insulated wires are used to connect the lamps. It is not afraid of being blocked by wind or falling large branches, and also has anti-vandal properties, the press service of the Sochi administration reports.
Carried out work at the Federal State Institution "Chernomorye". Last year, the company received a state contract for the installation of lighting elements on 34 sections of the Dzhubga-Sochi highway. The location of the new lamps was determined at the request of city residents.
In total, about 427 new lighting fixtures will be installed along the roadway. All work is planned to be completed by the end of November.
